ManpowerGroup’s Annual Supplier Diversity Roundtable Strengthens Partnerships with Diverse Business Owners
MILWAUKEE (Oct. 8, 2013) –ManpowerGroup’s 11th annual Supplier Diversity Roundtable concludes today in Milwaukee. The event brought together more than 100 diverse suppliers from across the United States including minority, veteran, LGBT, small, and women-owned staffing and procurement businesses. The roundtable is an unsurpassed development opportunity for diverse suppliers in the workforce solutions industry.
“ManpowerGroup was among the first in the workforce solutions industry to commit to a fully engaged supplier diversity initiative. We view supplier diversity as an essential business strategy, and the roundtable underscores the depth of our commitment to developing our suppliers and ensuring our clients benefit from our diverse network,” said Kip Wright, senior vice president, ManpowerGroup Solutions and member of the ManpowerGroup supplier diversity executive steering committee. “Every year attendees tell us the roundtable helps them make deeper connections with us and their peers, and provides best practices that enable them to take their workforce solutions offerings to the next level.”
