Wanted: Less Conversation, More Practical Solutions to Make Progress to Gender Parity

MILWAUKEE, Jan. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ManpowerGroup (NYSE: MAN) Chairman & CEO Jonas Prising will today take part in the "Progress Towards Parity" panel discussion at the World Economic Forum in Davos. Prising will join panelists including Melinda Gates, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook, Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada and Zhang Xin, Soho China.


Prising will offer the practical business perspective required to accelerate opportunities for women to progress into senior leadership, and address the impact of technological disruption on gender parity.

During the panel discussion ManpowerGroup will share the findings of its latest report, Seven Steps to Conscious Inclusion: A Practical Guide to Accelerating More Women into Leadership . The research identifies an entrenched male culture as the most significant barrier to gender parity, as well as the belief among Millennials that they will be the generation to finally achieve equality of opportunity. The report offers seven practical solutions to accelerate more women into senior leadership.
